Gary - proprietor
Gary is very proud of his team at E.W.Revett and Son. Having worked alongside Phillip Revett for many years Gary is now the proprietor and with nearly 40 years experience he and his wife Helen drive the business forward keeping a firm grip on the essential traditions with a focus on quality and service
John - Shop Manager
John is another very familiar face to the generations of customers visiting the shop. Having worked there for around a quarter of a century John is there to help you find the perfect cut of meat for whatever you are planning to cook.
Michael
With over 25 years in the food industry Micheal has the perfect blend of experience and knowledge to help all customers. He has been with E.W. Revett butchers for well over 10 years and is a great asset to the team. Living locally with his own allotment and poultry he understands and respects the value of providence, quality and flavour.
Doug
After a lifetime working as a butcher Doug selected Revett & Son as his retirement home! Working part time, Doug enjoys working with the team, offering assistance with his vast experience.
A great butchers is determined by the quality of produce combined with the experience behind the scenes.
Graham
With over 40 years of butchery experience Graham can claim to have finished his apprenticeship which he started many moons ago at Creasey’s in Woodbridge. A well-known face in the industry particularly in the Felixstowe area where he worked in traditional butcher shops.
Ben
Ben has over a decade of experience working in the retail trade with his last position being at Morrisons.
He is enjoying working with the team and developing his skills to become an artisan butcher.
Frosty
Frosty (Mark) took early retirement from the NHS and now works part time supporting the team out the back.
Briony
Briony is another member of our team. Working on the deli counter and bakery Briony can help you find the perfect cheese or delicacy. Alternatively a delicious cake to make you smile.
Fin
A trainee butcher role in a traditional, artisan butchers is an important position. Developing the knowledge and understanding of classic butchery methods is essential for the trade. Fin has joined us in this role and we look forward to developing his career with him.
Jade
Jade is a member of our deli and bakery team. Serving the freshest breads, cakes and scrummy cheeses, delightful charcuterie and very tempting sausage rolls!
