Simply Delicious - Dingley Dell pork chops


So simple. so delicious everyone should try it! This is one of the very tasty Dingley Dell pork chops oven roasted with a sausage meat stuffing on top.

The stuffing top is easy to make gently fry a finely chopped onion and let it cool. Take about a half pound of the famous Revett sausage meat and add onions, about 1/4 onion to meat ratio and then add chopped sage (or dried) to taste. Salt and pepper isn't necessary if you like the taste of our sausages!


Place the raw sausage stuffing onto the raw pork chop, press it down and then it's ready for an oven set to 180 - 200 and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked.


The Sausage meat topping keeps the pork chop moist as it cooks. So easy, so delicious and it looks great too
