Another family favourite - Sirloin Pork
A pork recipe that is simple and delicious. Using great quality sirloin of pork these steaks are delicately cut to create a cavity for a spring onion which is placed in the centre. The fat is trimmed and brushed with a French garden herb oil and topped with breadcrumbs.
Baked in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes you can created something a little different and very tasty.
